Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

Vori Health

• Contribute to Vori’s mission to empower humanity to lead a healthier life. • Work closely with a diverse team of care providers including physicians, physical therapists, health coaches, registered dietitians while assisting in the patient’s care pathway through triage, diagnosis and treatment via multiple lines of communication including video, texting, and digital platform. • Care includes proactively providing both medical and wellness education, diagnosing and treating patients via our online platform, including recommending suitable treatment plans and considering cost-effective treatment modalities, and assisting in care coordination and patient in-person visit planning for both urgent and non-urgent patient visits. • Providing an exceptional patient experience in telehealth interactions, including the highest evidence based, quality care recommended and patient-forward communication and messaging with which care is delivered. • Assessing quality of care delivered through giving and receiving regular feedback on individual member cases and Vori performance metrics • Promote positive team dynamics by regularly attending and contributing to group meetings and projects • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, etc. • Meet company and quality standards as defined by Vori Health • Obtain and maintain professional licensure in multiple states as directed by Vori Health leadership • Perform other projects and duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner
  • Advanced MSK trained
  • Minimum 5 years of musculoskeletal care experience
  • Currently licensed and willing to obtain licensure in multiple states
  • A hardworking, detail-oriented individual with the ability to solve problems independently
  • A caring, compassionate individual who enjoys helping others and providing positive care experience in a telemedicine platform
  • Care providers who are flexible and interested in working in a telemedicine environment with frequent change / product improvements, and who are extremely comfortable using new technology and software
  • Ability to balance multiple, concurrent patient cases, and who are comfortable giving and receiving feedback to grow in their roles
  • Advanced computer skills including typing speed, email, internet research, downloading and uploading files, and working in multiple browser windows
  • Availability to work a varied schedule with daytime, evening, weekend and night shifts, as well as rotating weekly on-call which will decrease with the growth of the company
