• Lead rigorous classroom and flight simulator blocks focusing on normal maneuvers, tactical flight profiles, and emergency scenarios. • Assess and certify pilot competency in Crew Resource Management (CRM), Risk Management, and instrument flight rules. • Create realistic training scenarios, update cockpit checklists, and author theoretical examinations. • Coordinate pilot-in-command (PIC) and second-in-command (SIC) event tracking to ensure all training blocks are met. • Administer, grade, and upload completed pilot quizzes and exams directly to the secure tracking and reporting portal.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience as an Instructor Pilot in the P-3 Orion aircraft (within the last 2 years).
- FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) and Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) or military equivalent.
- Comprehensive understanding of aviation safety regulations, P-3 flight characteristics, and mission equipment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background suitability check.

Role Description We are seeking a CyberSecurity Transformation Lead (Enterprise Delivery) to join our team. This is an individual contributor (IC) role within the Office of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Transformation Office, focused on programme leadership, execution management, and cross-functional coordination. You will drive complex, multi-workstream cybersecurity initiatives, bringing strong execution discipline, managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment across both technical and business stakeholders.
