• You proactively acquire new B2B customers for digital solutions (focus: manufacturers). • You build your own pipeline — structured, ambitious, and with a clear plan. • You use pre-qualified leads as a springboard and convert them into real deals. • You manage the entire sales cycle from a qualified initial meeting to closing at C-level. • You identify opportunities early, persuade decision-makers, and consistently drive sales opportunities to close.

Job Requirements

  • You are a true hunter: strong at closing deals and results-oriented.
  • You have B2B sales experience (ideally SaaS or complex/consultative solutions), with a proven track record of building your own pipelines and winning deals.
  • You work in a structured, KPI-driven way and use established sales methodologies.
  • You proactively approach customers and persist until the deal is closed.
  • You present yourself confidently, including when engaging with C-level stakeholders.
  • You think entrepreneurially and have a strong sense for business potential.
  • You communicate confidently in German and English.
