Role Description We are seeking a QA Automation Lead with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead automation initiatives, establish best practices, and ensure continuous quality across multiple projects in close collaboration with development and QA teams. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable UI and API automated test suites. - Build and enhance automation frameworks using Playwright. - Collaborate with developers to fix bugs. - Analyze functional requirements and identify automation opportunities. - Develop automated regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end tests. - Execute API automation using Postman or similar tools. - Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams throughout the SDLC. - Troubleshoot test failures and improve automation reliability. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. - Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies. - Continuously improve test coverage, framework maintainability, and execution performance.
