Job Description

Social Media & Content Marketing Manager

Hireframe

Role Description We need to build an audience. The product has a strong concept and a compelling story, but right now, most of the world hasn't heard it yet. This role exists to change that. You will own our social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, and other key channels. Your job is to keep our owned channels active, coherent, and learning each week by packaging questions, results, product moments, community reactions, and approved UGC into social-native content. - Manage the content calendar, write and package posts, coordinate assets, track performance, and identify audience responses. - Work closely with the UGC Manager to ensure learnings flow between UGC and the company's owned channels. - Build the infrastructure behind the content: workflows, templates, scheduling systems, and AI-assisted processes. - This is not a "post three times a week and report metrics" role; it requires building a repeatable social content system while moving quickly and testing often. Qualifications - 2–4 years of hands-on social media or digital content experience, with a portfolio to show for it. - Deep, native familiarity with TikTok and Instagram. - Strong judgment for short-form social content, including hooks, pacing, captions, visual packaging, and platform-native formats. - Strong copywriting skills for captions, scripts, and short-form content. - Comfortable tracking basic content performance and turning learnings into next steps. - Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva or Figma preferred). - Comfort with short-form video production, including creating simple edits and coordinating edits. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and content streams simultaneously. - Self-directed and comfortable working in an early-stage environment. Requirements - Own and manage day-to-day content across TikTok and Instagram. - Build and maintain the content calendar. - Package questions, results, screenshots, product moments, and social dilemmas into TikTok/Instagram-native content. - Repurpose approved UGC, founder clips, podcast clips, and other assets into owned social posts. - Stay current on trends, formats, sounds, memes, and platform behaviors. - Monitor comments, saves, shares, DMs, and audience reactions. - Create and/or coordinate short-form social content. - Create lightweight visual assets, templates, captions, and social posts. - Liaise with the UGC Manager to stay aligned on current creator angles and campaign priorities. - Share learnings from owned channels with the UGC Manager. - Monitor audience reactions to identify useful community feedback. - Communicate relevant platform trends to UGC creators. - Coordinate timing and posting of approved UGC across owned channels. - Build and maintain a content calendar that creates structure without killing spontaneity. - Develop repeatable content templates and production workflows. - Identify and implement AI tools that improve content quality and production time. - Document processes for team scalability. - Contribute to broader content marketing strategy. - Bring ideas for new content formats, partnership concepts, and community engagement plays. - Work directly with co-founders to align content with product launches and growth initiatives. Benefits - Permanent remote work flexibility. - Paid Time Off. - Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage. - Annual performance bonuses. - Dedicated coaches offer an extra channel of support and skill-building. - Opportunities for professional growth.
