Role Description This is not a generic answering-service job — you are the front-door operator of a veterinary clinic's revenue. Your job is to steady the room with your tone, qualify callers in seconds, and book appointments as a genuine service to the pet owner. You'll own front-desk operations end to end: - Figuring out who's calling and why they're worried - Guiding them toward a clear next step - Managing the clinic's calendar as your personal responsibility The mantra is simple: help every caller, control every conversation, and close every call with a clear next step.
