• Lead the Team: Guide and grow our engineering team across Dataviz, Frontend, Backend, Integrations, and DevOps. • Own the Architecture: Take responsibility for our overall architecture, technology choices, and the scalability of the platform—and stay hands-on enough to know why every decision holds up. • Frontend & Backend: Steer our TypeScript/React development for web and desktop, and our Go/Postgres backend. • Dataviz Engine: Drive the development of our browser-based data visualization engine (TypeScript) and its interaction interfaces—the heart of what makes Vizzlo, Vizzlo. • Integrations: Own the tech behind our third-party integrations: Google Slides (Google Apps Script) and Microsoft PowerPoint (VSTO and Office.js, C# and TypeScript/React). • DevOps & Ops: Run our CI/CD pipeline and deployment process, keep production healthy on Vercel and AWS (ECS, RDS, …), manage our Docker-based preview environments. • Keep Us Safe & Sound: Help ensure our data protection and security standards are met, keep the relevant docs and policies current, and manage technical risk sensibly. • Get Shit Done: Do whatever it takes to move the product forward—coordinate a release, hunt down a nasty bug, pair with an engineer, or jump on a customer's integration issue.

Role Description The position is coordination of business value added projects including the design, testing, documentation, training and implementation of customized business solutions to meet the requirements of processes associated with our ERP and related business systems. What You Will Do - Work with various ERP and IOT data sources to build interactive and dynamic Power BI dashboards for data storytelling and stakeholder decision support. - Design and develop machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions using data sourced from Snowflake. - Perform data exploration, statistical analysis, and feature engineering to support AI initiatives. - Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure robust data pipelines. - Contribute to the development of AI-driven tools and frameworks within the organization. - Evaluate model performance and retrain as needed to adapt to evolving data. - Participate in cross-functional projects involving manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and engineering. - Update training and documentation. - Deliver user training to operating groups as required. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Post-secondary education in a Business or STEM field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. - Any combination of training and/or certifications in Data Science, Statistics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). - 2+ years of experience in a data science, AI, or advanced analytics role. - Strong proficiency with SQL (preferably in Snowflake), Python, and Power BI. - Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and AI workflows. - Experience building end-to-end models and integrating them into business processes. - Deep knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake and Fabric preferred). - Own and grow our governance practice, frameworks, artefacts, and the operating models we recommend to clients. • Lead, mentor, and manage multiple Data Center Construction Project Managers • Establish and enforce program-wide standards for project execution, reporting, and controls • Provide guidance on risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration • Serve as escalation point for issues related to scope, cost, schedule, quality, or safety • Oversee a portfolio of data center construction projects through structured Project Manager reporting • Review project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and change management across the program • Ensure alignment with organizational goals, delivery milestones, and financial targets • Identify cross-project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints and drive mitigation strategies • Provide technical oversight and strategic guidance for telecommunications and low-voltage systems across data center construction projects • Ensure consistent design and installation standards for Structured cabling systems (copper and fiber) • Support testing, certification, labeling, and documentation requirements for telecom systems • Enforce site safety programs and regulatory compliance • Drive consistent quality management practices and conduct periodic project audits • Act as the senior construction representative for internal leadership and key external partners • Prepare and present executive-level program status reports • Coach and develop Project Managers to improve performance and technical capability
