Sales Executive – Electric Vehicles

• Greet and assist customers in person or by phone, identifying their needs; • Conduct test drives with customers and register them in the system; • Prepare price quotes and sales proposals; • Complete, submit, and follow up on customer applications with finance partners; • Request valuation of trade-in vehicles when required during the sales negotiation; • Coordinate and monitor the vehicle delivery process, including documentation agent (despachante) and insurance services; • Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure everything met their expectations; • Re-engage past customers in the system for prospecting; • Participate in auto shows and exhibitions.
Job Requirements
- Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH) — Category B, current;
- High school diploma (completed);
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office suite);
- Previous sales experience preferred, ideally in an automotive dealership;
- Clear and concise communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Flexibility and creativity;
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
- Comfortable with digital tools and platforms;
- Empathy and ability to build rapport in sales;
- Skilled negotiator;
- Ability to handle customer objections effectively.

• Pipeline Generation: Creating 80% of your pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and engaging with multiple personas within the prospect/customer base.
