• Design, configure, implement, and maintain SAP Production Planning module. • Act as the crucial link between business manufacturing operations and the IT engineering team. • Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and map complex shop floor business processes to SAP standard practices. • Configure solutions that optimize the production lifecycle. • Collaborate with consultants across MM, SD, QM, and FICO modules for data flow and logic alignment. • Design test scripts and execute Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Design, configure, and implement SAP Materials Management solutions. • Gather and analyze business requirements, map them to SAP MM processes, and author functional specifications. • Design and configure Enterprise Structure, Purchasing (MM-PUR), Inventory Management (MM-IM), Valuation and Account Assignment, and Invoice Verification (MM-IV). • Ensure seamless data flow and integration between SAP MM and other modules like FI/CO (Finance/Controlling), PP (Production Planning), and SD (Sales and Distribution). • Lead Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Manage data migration activities using LSMW or LTMC. • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot complex system issues, and conduct training sessions for end-users.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, including implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and support engagements. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes. • Drive adherence to project governance, delivery methodologies, and best practices. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business stakeholders, and project sponsors. • Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. • Provide regular project updates, status reports, and executive-level communication. • Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Lead cross-functional SAP teams comprising functional consultants, technical consultants, and support resources. • Allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal team utilization. • Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and promote continuous learning. • Foster collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders. • Oversee solution design and delivery across SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP FI modules. • Ensure seamless integration between business processes and SAP solutions. • Review functional specifications, solution designs, testing activities, and deployment plans. • Support issue resolution during implementation and post-go-live stabilization. • Ensure compliance with project management standards and organizational governance. • Monitor project KPIs, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction metrics. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and project outcomes. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and knowledge repositories.
