• Create and maintain client and provider schedules based on service needs and staffing availability. • Monitor daily schedules and resolve cancellations, call-outs, and scheduling conflicts promptly. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely scheduling of new and existing clients. • Maintain accurate scheduling records and track service utilization using scheduling systems. • Generate scheduling and utilization reports for leadership. • Communicate scheduling updates professionally in both English and Spanish. • Escalate staffing or scheduling issues when necessary. • Provide additional operational and administrative support as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Proven experience in scheduling, workforce coordination, or operations support.
- Healthcare, home care, or ABA therapy scheduling experience is preferred.
- Experience using scheduling or practice management software; familiarity with AlohaABA, Hi Rasmus, or Zoho is a plus.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsible for pre-registering and scheduling patient encounters for provider services • Utilize excellent customer services standards • Schedule patient appointments for designated areas according to Tidelands Health protocols • Provides courteous, professional and efficient service to patients and providers • Responsible for accurately completing registration process for all patients including collection of co-payments and patient demographic information • Assures that patients have all information they need for their procedures • Keeps open communication with hospital departments regarding schedule changes • Performs various administrative support duties for department/work location
