Associate Provider Network Manager
Liberty Dental Plan
• Assist in recruiting General Dentists and Specialists to support network growth and meet access standards. • Analyze network needs and identify gaps requiring additional provider recruitment. • Manage and service provider relationships within assigned territory. • Conduct service calls and site visits to ensure provider satisfaction and address concerns. • Collect, review, and process provider contract documents for accuracy and completeness. • Ensure compliance with annual attestation requirements and internal policies. • Partner with internal teams and provider offices to resolve provider and member issues. • Educate providers on policies, procedures, and network requirements.
Job Requirements
- Associate degree in a related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience supporting provider networks, dental offices, managed healthcare, or related sales.
- Experience with Dental PPO or DHMO networks preferred.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and provider network operations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills (bilingual a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through to resolution.
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Medicaid or Medicare experience preferred.
