Inbound Performance Manager
American Restoration
• Own what happens to every inbound lead across all 25 brands. • Measure leads converted into scheduled inspections. • Report the leaks in lead conversion and propose fixes. • Audit current call service configurations and manage vendors. • Build consistent response by phone, text, and email. • Prove the model and build the team as it pays for itself. • Run outbound follow-up on unconverted leads.
Job Requirements
- 7 to 10 years in inbound performance, contact center leadership, lead management, or marketing operations.
- Experience with conversion results.
- Experienced in building something from very little and scaling on its returns.
- Hands-on experience in inbound call handling.
- Experience leading telephony or unified comms rollout.
- Familiarity with Dialpad, RingCentral, or similar.
- Real people leadership experience in hiring and coaching.
