Director of Sales – Mobile Medical Coaches and Imaging Equipment

• Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across hospitals, health systems, outpatient imaging centers, private practices, and physician groups. • Maintain a strong in-market presence through regular in-person meetings, site visits, and client engagement. • Build long-term relationships with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders. • Develop and execute territory strategies that prioritize high-value targets and growth markets. • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution. • Promote the Full Suite of Assured Imaging Capital Offerings. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, operations, service, and engineering, project management, and fabrication) to design and present tailored imaging solutions. • Seek out and represent the organization at tradeshows, conferences, and industry networking events. • Track all sales and business development activity in Salesforce and provide weekly reporting on pipeline progress and revenue forecasts.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in capital equipment or diagnostic imaging sales (e.g., mammography, CT, MRI, X-ray or similar imaging systems) within the medical imaging industry (OEM – GE, Hologic, Siemens, etc).
  • Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and territory expansion (“hunter” background)
  • Demonstrated success in self-generating leads and building a sustainable sales pipeline, with accountability for prospecting, nurturing opportunities, and driving deals from initial outreach through close
  • Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging modalities such as mammography, CT, MRI, X-ray, and related capital imaging systems, along with healthcare buying processes and reimbursement models.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and in-person relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to support in-person client engagement, site visits, and territory growth.
