• Own the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from engineering handoff through production release • Coordinate first article inspections with contract manufacturing partners • Serve as the technical liaison between Product Development and suppliers during product launches • Review engineering drawings and provide technical support on manufacturability questions • Lead cross-functional launch activities with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Transportation, Marketing, and Quality • Create and maintain new product data, item masters, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the ERP system • Coordinate product cost information, landed costs, and launch readiness across departments • Support supplier qualification and production readiness activities • Maintain standardized launch documentation, project timelines, and NPI processes • Identify opportunities to improve launch efficiency and product commercialization processes • Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support supplier and customer activities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using TypeScript, Vue 3, PHP 8.3+, Laravel, and related technologies • Build responsive and performant frontend experiences and reusable components • Design and optimize APIs and backend services for scalability, reliability, and performance • Collaborate with product and design teams to validate technical feasibility and translate requirements into engineering solutions • Maintain high standards for security, data protection, observability, and operational quality • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the frontend, backend, and platform layers • Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative, high-quality engineering culture.

• Manage and support enterprise file services environments, including CIFS/SMB and NTFS technologies, ensuring stable, secure, and high-performing services through troubleshooting, optimisation, and migration activities. • Administer and enhance Active Directory environments, with a focus on permissions, file share access, group management, and directory architecture to ensure efficient and secure access management. • Develop and improve automation solutions using PowerShell and Automic (UC4), reducing manual effort and increasing operational efficiency across workplace infrastructure services. • Contribute to migration, integration, and consolidation projects, helping modernise file services environments and streamline access management processes. • Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis within complex workplace infrastructure environments, ensuring service reliability and minimising business disruption. • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and operational practices, contributing to the ongoing evolution and optimisation of workplace infrastructure services.

• Design and prototype generative AI experience focused on accelerating autonomy development • Work closely with members of the Office of the CTO to crystallize the vision of the Hivemind product and its documentation • Lead the user experience design of Hivemind Generative AI • Work closely with the technical leads of Hivemind Commander (mission planning, command and control, air-ground communications) and Hivemind Design (configurations, test and evaluation, rehearsal, analysis) to enhance the user experience of their products • Conduct user research to understand user personae and their needs • Investigate competing products and their user experiences, synthesize findings to present to engineering and product leadership
