Senior Financial Management Business Analyst
ERM
• Supports the Program Manager in leading all IT Financial Management activities • Ensures accurate Spend Plan Management and IAA oversight • Financial data reporting • Multi-year budget support aligned with FPAC's complex shared-cost model • Oversees financial planning, IAA execution, redistribution of funds, and multi-FY spend planning • Produces Monthly Statistical Reports, KPI reports, audits, and operational metrics • Ensures timely updates to the BOB Financial Database and related reporting • Coordinates with Budget, Working Capital Fund processes, and cost performance tracking
Job Requirements
- 5+ years federal IT financial management experience
- Strong understanding of FPAC-style shared cost models and financial data calls
- Experience with obligations, accruals, commitments, and financial workflow systems
