AI Delivery Lead – Senior

• Lead medium- to high-complexity software development projects, leveraging AI agents and tools in execution. • Plan and manage schedules, scope, risks, budgets, and delivery quality. • Serve as the primary client contact, leading executive meetings and presentations. • Ensure predictability, governance, and operational excellence across projects. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Product, Engineering, and Quality. • Monitor performance indicators and agile metrics. • Promote adoption of Artificial Intelligence and automation in delivery processes. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and digital transformation.
Job Requirements
- Experience in technology consultancies, software houses, or IT service companies.
- Concurrent management of multiple projects, squads, or programs.
- Client relationship and account management.
- Advanced experience in Project Management and Agile methodologies.
- Practical use of Generative AI in a corporate environment.
- Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar.
- Knowledge of AI agents and intelligent automation.
- Ability to apply AI to drive productivity gains and operational efficiency.
- Software development lifecycle.
- APIs and integrations.
- Cloud computing.
- DevOps.
- Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, and agile metrics.
