Job Requirements

  • Master's degree REQUIRED
  • 3+ years of teaching or administrative experience
  • Active teaching certification in the state of Texas
  • Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes
  • Current TTESS appraiser certification
  • If you do not hold this certification, you must be willing to complete a full-day T-TESS observation/coaching + training for Field Supervisors
