Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Amazon Marketplace Manager to join our team and help us take our Amazon channel to the next level. The ideal candidate is an Amazon Marketplace e-commerce expert who is driven, analytical, creative and strategic in their approach. In this role, you will be responsible for maximising product performance, implementing effective marketing strategies, and driving profitability across multiple marketplaces. Your role will involve day-to-day management and execution of sales, promotions, advertising, and forecasting for our brand's assigned product portfolio. - Deliver results: identify, evaluate and execute profit maximisation activities to achieve financial targets through marketing, sales, and merchandising strategies - Manage and track the performance and profitability of our products across all marketplaces through organic and paid activities - Content listing optimisation to improve page rank, SEO, and sales: perform in-depth keyword and competitor analyses, enhance product titles, descriptions, categorisations, A++ content, and work closely with the Creative team to produce compelling visual assets for optimal performance - Day-to-day PPC management and optimisation (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) for the assigned product portfolio in line with set KPIs - Execute marketing deals, promotions, coupons, promo codes, etc. and report back on key metrics - Improve product performance and market share growth through opportunity analysis such as market research, voice of the customer and competitive research. - Track fulfilment metrics and communicate with the Operations Lead to forecast, oversee and manage product inventory levels to retain premium shipping eligibility above good standing metrics. - Report and analyse marketplaces performance and operating metrics on a daily and weekly basis including, but not limited to, Sales and Profitability, Account Health, Feedback Performance, Product Policy Compliance, Shipping Performance, Brand Registry and Brand Performance. - Interact with the Customer Service team to respond to customer complaints and customer requests for technical product information. - Work with Amazon Seller Support across all marketplaces to create cases, monitor case logs, and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, operations, and customer service to ensure alignment and success on Amazon - Stay up-to-date on Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to maintain our excellent Account Health status Qualifications - A proven track record of growing sales and profitability on Amazon, running a $10m+ Amazon scale - Minimum 3 years of experience running an e-commerce Amazon Seller Central environment - Experience running high volumes of SKUs - Background in consumer goods and office products industries preferred - Social media and marketing skills are desired Requirements - Proven data management and analytical skills. Track record of digging into data, and finding solutions for a variety of performance issues.
