Role Description Responsible for coordinating the allocation of staffing activities within the department. May perform other departmental support duties, including payroll functions. - Full time - 40 hours a week - Monday through Friday - 8 am to 4:30 pm - Benefit Eligible - Providing clerical support to leaders - Scheduling clients within the Child and Family Services division for Behavioral Health - Assisting with scheduling conflicts for case managers - Work from home position Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED - Experience: <2 years - Supervisor Experience: No Experience Requirements - Allocates permanent and temporary staff to provide daily staffing coverage. - Evaluates staffing levels and skill mix, and quantity needed to provide appropriate coverage. - Assists with front nursing office and administration duties as needed. - Reviews and approves departmental time tracking for payroll purposes. • Provide clinically and culturally competent short-term individual and/or group counseling services to SEADC youth, families, adults, and older adults. • Conduct screenings, intakes and initial assessments of clients; employ culturally competent practices that build strong rapport. • Conduct mental health treatment plans to identify client needs and goals and engage in continuous clinical documentation towards goals. • Identify and respond to crisis situations, including risk assessment and safety planning. • Ensure clients receive high-quality, ethical mental health services in accordance with all applicable legal, ethical, state, and Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) guidelines. • Facilitate a community wellness and healing workshop/event in virtual or in-person formats, adapting delivery to budget and participant needs.
