AI Engineer

• Work closely with business stakeholders to rapidly develop, demonstrate, and refine AI solutions. • Take a hands-on engineering approach focused on building rather than advising. • Work directly with the client to translate business problems into AI-enabled prototypes and production-ready solutions.
Job Requirements
- Experience with several of the following technologies and concepts:
- Databricks
- Azure AI Foundry
- GitHub
- Python
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- AI/ML solution development
- Machine Learning model development and deployment
- Forecasting models (Prophet preferred)
- Linear Optimization
- Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP)
- Ability to demonstrate experience building AI applications, developing prototypes, integrating data platforms, and working directly with business stakeholders to solve complex problems.

• Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions built on modern agentic AI frameworks. • Define end-to-end AI architecture, establish governance standards, and ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready AI systems. • Collaborate with engineering teams, solution architects, business stakeholders, and client leadership to transform complex business challenges into innovative AI-driven solutions. • Establish AI architecture standards, define governance and observability frameworks, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive technical excellence across multiple engagements.
