ZEST DENTAL SOLUTIONS

Role Description The Program Manager, Special Markets is responsible for driving the successful adoption, implementation, and growth of Zest products and educational programs across Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), and other strategic partner channels. This role serves as the primary liaison between Zest and partner organizations, ensuring seamless onboarding, clinical education, provider engagement, and ongoing account development. The Program Manager collaborates closely with Commercial, Clinical, Marketing, Operations, and Business Development teams to develop scalable educational initiatives, support strategic partnerships, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert on Zest products, clinical workflows, and educational solutions while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the dental ecosystem. Essential Job Functions - DSO/GPO Education Liaison: Serve as the dedicated liaison between Zest Education and DSO/GPO clinical leadership teams across all active partnership tiers. - Full-Arch Implant Support Solutions – Training Program Development: Co-develop scalable full-arch implant programs with DSO clinical leaders, integrating Zest clinical protocols into partner education platforms. - DSO Onboarding Education Pathway: - Manage a structured educational onboarding pathway for newly contracted DSO/GPO accounts to accelerate adoption and growth. - Drive provider-level adoption of implant-supported full-arch workflows through DSO-branded education initiatives powered by Zest content. - CE Portfolio Cross-Leveraging: Leverage the Zest CE portfolio to expand provider participation, increase engagement, and enhance product visibility across partner networks. - Stalled Account Re-Engagement: Identify and close educational gaps within underperforming accounts through targeted clinical engagement and customized interventions. - Implant Manufacturer & Dental Lab Liaison: Build collaborative relationships with implant manufacturer partners and dental laboratories to support educational expansion initiatives for designated Special Markets channels. - Special Markets Business Development Alignment: Collaborate with Special Markets Business Development to embed education into all new DSO partnership onboarding strategies. - Event Representation & Support: Represent Zest at DSO summits, conferences, and CE events as the education-commercial bridge for strategic partner engagement. - Support GPO Digital Marketing Cadence: Collaborate with Zest’s marketing team to ensure relevant, updated product spotlights, newsletter content, vendor portal updates, and new member engagement. - Maintain current knowledge of DSO organizational structures, education priorities, and clinical decision-making processes. - Coordinate with Clinical, Commercial Strategy, Operations, and Marketing to ensure educational content remains current, compliant, and differentiated. - Support new DSO partnership launches with educational infrastructure and onboarding resources. - Contribute to leadership reporting cadences related to engagement, adoption, and pipeline development. - Stay informed on full-arch implant trends, emerging DSO market dynamics, and CE regulatory requirements. - Work cross-functionally with marketing, information technology, engineering, operations, and other departments to provide and interpret the voice of the customer and market insight to influence the development of products and services that will address challenges in the designated Special Markets channel to optimize the customer experience. - Act as a role model in demonstrating a Culture of Accountability and preferred market image. - Interact with the Commercial team to inform, collaborate, and execute on agreed-upon plans and activities to increase overall enterprise value. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required with an emphasis in Marketing, Business Administration, or a health-related field. - At least one year of previous experience in a Dental Service Organization setting is strongly preferred. - Previous work experience must demonstrate experience in evaluating, designing, and implementing office processes in dental service organizations and/or dental offices that are administrative, economic (e.g., revenue), and clinical in nature. - Attention to detail and exceptional follow-up are strong requirements of this position. - Strong business systems and analytics acumen to include AI, internet, Microsoft, Google, and other applicable business applications. Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems. Physical Requirement - Performing the duties of this job regularly involves sitting, standing, walking, hearing/listening, repetitive hand movement, grasping, and reaching. - Vision requirements include the ability for close vision, to adjust focus, and to color code. Mental Requirement - This role requires the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while exercising sound judgment, strategic thinking, and strong problem-solving skills. - The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, professionalism, and executive presence, particularly in high-pressure or complex situations. - The ability to analyze information, make timely decisions, adapt to changing business needs, and lead through ambiguity is essential. Travel Requirements - This position will be required to travel primarily domestically up to 50% of the time to other sites, including physician offices, trade-show facilities, corporate offices, and/or regional education venues. - Frequent overnight trips will be required.
