Senior Scrum Master – Java, OSS, BSS

• Enable multiple agile software development teams working with Java, embedded within a complex BSS and legacy application landscape in the Telecom sector • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, impede identification and resolution (system access, infrastructure, release blockers, test environments, cross-team dependencies) • Drive continuous improvement and delivery risk transparency in an external consulting capacity
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise software development environments
- Experience working directly with Java development teams
- Experience in OSS/Telecom or other complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with hands-on facilitation of Scrum ceremonies
- Demonstrated ability to identify, track, and resolve technical and organisational impediments — including system access issues, infrastructure blockers, release/deployment problems, test environment issues, and cross-team or vendor dependencies
- Excellent communication, coordination, and facilitation skills across distributed and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and DevOps environments
- Ability to provide recommendations on coordinating cross-team dependencies and managing delivery risk
- Fluent English — required for daily communication with the German client team
- Based in Portugal, available to work fully remotely
