Role Description We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Danish Speaking Reservations Agent For Booking.com to join a dynamic team based remotely within Greece, supporting one of the world's leading online travel and accommodation platforms. In this exciting role within the travel industry, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for Danish-speaking travellers, helping them navigate their booking experiences with confidence and ease. - Handle inbound enquiries from Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing expert assistance with hotel, flight, and travel reservations made through Booking.com. - Assist travellers with new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and rebooking requests, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience throughout the travel journey. - Resolve customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy, adhering to Booking.com's service standards and travel industry best practices. - Provide accurate information regarding property listings, availability, pricing, travel policies, and payment procedures to Danish-speaking clients. - Liaise with hotels, accommodation providers, and travel partners on behalf of customers to verify reservations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. - Accurately log all customer interactions, case details, and resolutions within the internal CRM system in compliance with data privacy regulations. - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant travel products and services that enhance the customer's overall travel experience. - Stay up to date with travel industry trends, platform updates, promotional offers, and policy changes to deliver informed and current customer support. Qualifications - Native or fluent Danish language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — all customer interactions will be conducted in Danish. - Valid EU passport or EU work authorisation (mandatory requirement). - Strong proficiency in English for internal communications, training, and team collaboration. - Previous experience in customer service, reservations, or a travel industry-related role is highly advantageous. - Excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic approach, and the ability to manage challenging customer situations with composure and professionalism. - Good working knowledge of digital tools, CRM platforms, and a reliable home office setup suitable for remote working within Greece. - A genuine passion for travel, customer satisfaction, and delivering outstanding service experiences in a fast-paced environment.
