Advanced Practice Provider - TextCare
One to One Health
Role Description This is an exciting opportunity for a provider to join the rapidly growing TextCare team and to help refine the virtual care experience for patients. Our providers build patient relationships and are the trusted resource needed to improve health outcomes while minimizing time and financial impacts on patients. They deliver care and treatment to patients in a caring, compassionate manner through text, phone, video, and email. - A passion for helping people and a patient-centric mindset that embraces the core tenets of TextCare - A “patients first” approach, delighting patients with ease of use and meeting them in their preferred channel (text, phone, video) - A commitment to relationship-driven care built on low barriers to access, including convenience, responsiveness, and transparency - Engagement and accountability, including proactive follow-up and continuity of care when possible - Ability to serve a panel of patients, providing virtual acute care and medical expertise with appropriate follow-up - Provide pharmacological treatment, including prescribing medications through electronic prescribing systems - Refer patients to specialty care with an emphasis on appropriateness and value - Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed-loop communication with other providers as needed Qualifications - Completion of an accredited NP or PA program - Active Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant license in Tennessee - Prescriptive authority - Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience - BLS certification - Willing to work Friday - Tuesday 10PM - 6AM EST - Ability to type at 65 words per minute (preferred) - DEA license (preferred) - Multi-state licensure (preferred) - Experience in a fast-paced urgent care or acute care environment (preferred) Requirements - Comfort and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, including both client and One to One leadership and members of the interdisciplinary team - A passion for helping people and a desire to realize One to One’s goal of patient-first healthcare - A self-starter, energized by dynamic operations and a willingness to tackle a wide range of challenges - The desire and ability to lead with compassion - Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language - Strong computer literacy and typing skills - Able to easily navigate applicable technology - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills - Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing - Ability to follow written step-by-step instructions - Ability to concentrate, think, and learn - Ability to hear, see, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, lift, push, and pull Benefits - Competitive salary commensurate with experience - Full benefits package, including: - 401(k) with matching - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Four weeks of paid time off - Life and disability insurance - $1,000 CME - Opportunity to grow in a fast-moving startup organization Medical Specialty - Primary Care - Urgent Care - Telehealth

A Day in the Life (What you will do here) - Responsible for the timely enrollment of the patients into the Patient Support Program. - Responds to calls, emails and voicemails in a very efficient and friendly manner. - Navigates the Canadian reimbursement landscape with ease and confidence to secure coverage for various disease states, products, and testing. - Develop strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and their healthcare team by infusing confidence, trust, security, and relief. - Sets and processes tasks on time, and as required, to ensure an optimal patient and Physician experience. - Ensures patient services are coordinated and tracked in a timely manner resulting in quick and continued access to therapy. - Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles all matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on tasks to successful completion. - Electronically updates the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and provides patients and clinics with timely proactive updates. - Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on collaborative approach. - Reports Adverse Events / Severe Adverse Events (AE / SAEs) by following SOP guidelines. - Requirement to maintain outlined service levels for various clients, projects and initiatives. - Fosters and promotes a spirit of teamwork while working with various internal business units. - Acts as a liaison and provides ongoing feedback to the Manager based on observations in the field and feedback from customers as it pertains to quality of services, training, and other areas of importance. - Completes all relevant reports (billing, time sheets, expenses, mileage, validate CRM reports, etc.) as per specified timelines and as per required standards. - Participates in building relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of special projects, some of which may have organizational impact. - Always maintains professionalism, and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercises discretion when interfacing with the business. - Additional duties as required and as determined by your Manager. Qualifications - A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. - Previous experience working within a specialty pharmacy considered a strong asset. - Experienced in disease state areas such as Dermatology, Hepatology and/or Gastroenterology. - Experience working directly with Physicians, with a comprehensive understanding of patient flow. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, phone systems, and experience working with databases (i.e., ERP/CRM). Extensive computer and software skills. - Previous experience working within a Patient Support Programs required. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle changing priorities effortlessly and independently. - Able to accurately input information into various paper and electronic forms, with attention to detail and accuracy being essential. - Self-directed individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. - Knowledge of private and public reimbursement structure, systems, and the process to navigate, is required. - Must be able to work from home and have a quiet, private home office space. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong analytical skills including interpretation of regulation and legislation. - Knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry is required. - Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Role Description The role of the Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physician is to virtually deliver exceptional patient care to patients with both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, without the use of opioids.
