College Admissions Advisor
Nightingale Education Group
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective learners • Assist in the collection and maintenance of required admissions documents • Set interview appointments to determine prospective students' interests and qualifications • Schedule and conduct presentations and workshops for prospective students • Handle incoming department calls and direct them appropriately • Make 50-75 outgoing phone calls daily in response to inquiries • Track and document daily phone calls and correspondence in the learner database
