• Own end-to-end quality assurance for BigPay (Fiat) business: requirements review → test planning → case design → execution → release sign-off • Lead cross-platform testing (App / Web / Backend / Admin), identifying Fiat risk across the full stack • Drive Fiat feature testing: stream start/end, co-streaming, cross-room connections, playback, compliance — including edge cases like weak network, stream drops, backgrounding, and high concurrency • Maintain and extend our automation regression framework (Python + pytest + k6) • Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, compliance, and operations to close quality loops fast • Contribute to AI-assisted testing initiatives and team knowledge base

• Analyze functional requirements and estimate QA effort, participating in team planning sessions; • Develop and maintain Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Plans, and execute test runs; • Perform UI, back-end, and mobile functional testing; • Build and maintain UI automation suites using Playwright and/or Cypress; • Work with REST APIs and Web Services, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines; • Maintain and update the team's project knowledge base and documentation; • Collaborate with the team to review and improve QA processes and best practices; • Conduct peer reviews of QA team members' work; • Participate in regular meetings with distributed team members; • Lead onboarding and knowledge transfer for new QA Engineers; • Assign tasks, prioritize testing activities, and manage workload across the QA team; • Define and continuously improve QA processes and testing standards.

• Create and maintain automated test frameworks, integrate existing frameworks and test harnesses. • Manage test mocks and Stubs and the integrations of tests into a Continuous Development environment. • Collaborate with Test Engineers, Developers, and Infrastructure to allow for automation integration, environment mocking, Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) Application Program Interface (API) integrations and other methods for defect detection earlier in the testing life cycle. • Integrate with Application lifecycle tools, like Jira or Qtest. • Function in a Senior capacity – take ownership and initiative to lead projects, be self-directed to research new solutions, and mentor more junior staff. • Drive opportunities and lead efforts to improve existing test processes or create new to increase efficiency and productivity in test case development, scheduling, or deployment. • Develop automated test scripts using open-source tools like Selenium, MS Playwright, or Appium. • Build new scripts and troubleshoot existing scripts. • Solve complex record and run issues including complex correlation problems. • Integrate test automation into CI/CD Pipeline. • Analyze test results and prioritize and log defects with appropriate information. • Other duties as assigned.

• Design and maintain automated test suites, evaluation scenarios, metrics, and test datasets for AI-powered features • Automate QA workflows using Python and CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins), leveraging AI-powered testing tools to improve test development, maintenance, and coverage • Create and maintain test harnesses for AI services, applications, and APIs • Perform API testing for AI services and backend systems • Define quality strategy and acceptance criteria for AI-powered applications across functional, API, integration, and AI/ML features • Test AI/ML applications and machine learning models from a product and user perspective • Evaluate AI/ML model outputs for correctness, consistency, and expected application behavior • Define structured rubrics that translate qualitative findings into measurable evaluation gates • Build quality gates for CI/CD and deployment pipelines, including automated regression and integration testing • Mentor teams on QA automation best practices and consistent quality standards for AI-powered applications • Contribute to multi-team projects and codebases, ensuring code quality and consistency • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers • Document and present findings and ideas across the company
