Role Description We are seeking a seasoned Microservices Architect to lead the design and evolution of large-scale microservices ecosystems built on modern container platforms and cloud-native technology stacks. • Assist with troubleshooting M365 IRWorks incident and tasks tickets (Priority 1 – Priority 4). • Assist with monitoring performance and usage of Dataverse environments, including optimizing data models, monitoring resource utilization, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. • Assist with establishing and configuring Power Platform environments, including setup, configuration, and maintenance within a tenant. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate issues. • Assist with monitoring M365 services and end user data retention requirements. • Extensive working knowledge of SharePoint Online Administration. • Support, configure, and maintain tenant and backup solutions for OneDrive. • Assist with developing scripts as needed to support OneDrive features. • Assist with creating and maintaining reference materials – FAQs, knowledge articles, iTrain. • Assist with coordinating and conducting multiple Proofs of Concept and Pilot Testing. • Ensure all processes, plans, schedules, and other written documents are completed timely. • Provide bi-weekly status reports that encompasses schedule, M365 deliverables for each tool, action items, risks, mitigations, escalations, accomplishments, and closures. • Provide a monthly consolidated status report that provides the overall health of the M365 team.
