• You'll work one-on-one with IB students online, primarily tutoring DP subjects • Most tutors cover around three subjects • Depending on your background and interests, you may also support students with Extended Essays, TOK, IGCSE, or university mentoring • In sessions you will explain concepts, work through problems together, and set homework where it helps

• Work virtually with students in 2nd-6th grade for 45-minute sessions, a minimum of twice a week. • Tutor/Mentor a minimum of 3 students. • Focus on building fundamental math and literacy skills using evidence-based online programs. • Strictly adheres to Liberty University policies, representing the University in an exemplary manner. • Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU’s mission.

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's target score, baseline performance, and specific test-taking strengths and weaknesses. • Create structured lesson plans and timeline strategies that align with upcoming exam dates and specific student pacing needs. • Adapt instruction in real time based on student questions and conceptual gaps. • Track student progress through diagnostic metrics and communicate effectively with families regarding score growth.

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's reading level, literacy goals, and unique learning profile • Create structured lesson plans focused on core literacy components (such as phonics, vocabulary, fluency, comprehension, or essay writing) that align with grade-level standards and student needs • Adapt instruction in real time based on student engagement, decoding challenges, and comprehension building blocks to foster confidence and a love for reading • Track student progress and communicate effectively with families and, where applicable, school district partners regarding reading growth and language milestones
