Clinical Office Specialist

DDS Lab

• Deliver comprehensive training on products • Provide clinical support and drive sales growth • Conduct on-site training sessions for dental practice customers • Guide customers to use DDS Lab • Submit weekly activity/call reports • Conduct product training sessions at client locations

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of Intra-Oral Digital Technology and Implants
  • Ability to present information effectively
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents in English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Previous dental experience in a lab or dental office required
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience in dental or medical device or office clinical experience as RDA or RDH
  • Bachelor's degree in dental technology, dental hygiene, or related field preferred
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
