Regional Vice President, Sales
Allied Benefit Systems
• Cultivates strong, productive, and influential relationships with brokers/consultants driving new business growth. • Manage complex negotiations; positions products, rate levels and expanded product portfolios to increase sales and maximize revenue. • Develops and executes sales and growth strategy for products in assigned territory and book of business. • Provides support during open enrollments and conducts open enrollment presentations independently. • Assist in training activity as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- At least 10 years of progressive and successful sales experience with at least 5 years sales experience in health benefits required.
- Experience working with brokers required.
- Experience with self-funded health insurance plans required.
- Intermediate experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
