Senior Program Delivery Manager

• Drive product delivery and interdependencies across the ISRM portfolio. • Lead multiple programs/projects simultaneously, tracking progress, managing dependencies across capabilities, and ensuring successful delivery of assigned programs as per their objectives, escalating concerns to senior leadership as needed. • Resolve resource constraints and manage risks and issues • Lead the ISRM Program Delivery Team (Program Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Analysts), providing quality delivery resources to Product and Service Owners. • Motivate the Chapter Team to drive innovation, use of AI, and stay updated with the latest technology in support of the ISRM vision. • Identify skill gaps and needs within the Chapter while improving the maturity of the team. • Manage contractor resources and ensure product initiatives are being managed successfully. • Ensure deliverables are on track and reporting tools are being updated and utilized effectively • Manage demand intake process, tracking new requests, ensuring they are reviewed for go/no-go approval decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 7 years of Program Manager experience
  • Experience running Waterfall and Agile projects
  • Experience working in a Product Model environment
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to present status updates to senior
  • Ability to drive product delivery across multiple workstreams and bring multiple complex tasks to get delivered on time
  • Manage issues and risks while driving the team to quick resolutions and sharing timely updates to leadership
  • Experience using project delivery tools including Jira, Confluence, Kanban boards
  • Over 5+ years supporting IT projects and at least 2+ years supporting Information Security and Risk Management
  • Experience running large global programs
  • Stakeholder management and cross organizational program management
  • Ability to handle multiple high priority simultaneous engagements
  • Experience managing teams including employees and contractors
  • Ability to manage partnerships with third party vendors
  • Ability to identify, interview and onboard critical resources matching business partners needs
  • Ability to form strong partnership and collaboration skills with Product and Service Owners
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of tools.
