Cancer Coach
Three Points Cancer Coach
• Seeking initial information on clients’ backgrounds, situations, and goals via introductory meetings. • Proposing and finalising scopes of services for clients. • Holding ad-hoc and / or regularly scheduled coaching sessions with clients to address their questions, help them reach their goals, and be a compassionate and non-judgmental listener. • Accompanying clients on clinic / hospital visits and relevant calls with doctors and other healthcare professionals, recording and summarising meetings if required. • Gathering data on clients’ diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment options (including non-standard treatments) from doctors and other healthcare professionals as well as from online research, challenging doctors and healthcare professionals in a respectful manner if necessary. • Summarising and presenting information to clients, including comparison of multiple opinions / conclusions from different sources, graphic layout of treatment paths, etc. • Contacting care providers for information on treatment offering and price, and negotiating and arranging treatment on behalf of clients. • Providing advice and input on our service, including preparing and editing frameworks, processes, and templates. • Participating in marketing initiatives. • Attending various training and / or certification courses according to business needs. • Other tasks as required.
