Program Business Solutions and Analysis Specialist

• Reporting and Analytics (Primary Focus) • Proactively engage with HQ Program Operations and Country Office staff (in English and Spanish) to understand business questions, reporting requirements, and decision-making needs. • Design, build, and maintain a suite of Power BI and Microsoft Fabric dashboards that provide timely, actionable insights tailored to end-user needs. • Validate report data for accuracy, ensure dashboards reflect correct business rules and structures, and maintain documentation for report logic, definitions, filters, and assumptions. • Develop and deliver training, guidance materials, and job aids (in English and Spanish) to help users navigate and interpret reports • Provide ongoing user support in English and Spanish such as: respond to user questions, troubleshoot issues, and guide non-technical staff in data-driven decision-making. • Process & System Support (Secondary Focus) • Assist in system issue triage by reproducing and documenting errors, coordinating with relevant teams, and testing fixes. • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements, providing feedback and supporting release communications. • Assist with periodic access audits and coordinate with IT on user provisioning for reporting tools. • Contribute to process mapping, workflow documentation, and light process improvement activities in collaboration with the Director.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, information systems, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence/reporting roles.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is required, with demonstrated ability to support Spanish-speaking users.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, including data modeling and visualization best practices.
  • Advanced Excel and Power Query skills, including complex formulas and data transformation techniques.
  • Familiarity with one or more of: Workday Adaptive Planning, Workday, and SmartSimple systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of data governance and cross-system integration desired.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working with international or distributed teams strongly preferred.
