• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments to determine patient suitability for telehealth and VR services • Delivering evidence based therapy, including VR supported therapy, to support client goals • Supporting children and adolescents with emotional regulation, confidence, social skills and wellbeing • Monitoring and documenting progress while maintaining high professional and clinical standards • Preparing reports including assessments, progress reports and summaries for referring parties and stakeholders • Collaborating with families and other professionals to support meaningful outcomes • Maintaining professional registration in line with AHPRA requirements
Job Requirements
- Full registration with AHPRA as a psychologist
- Located in Australia with full working rights
- Medicare Provider Number and Working With Children Check clearance, or willingness to obtain
- Experience or interest in working with children and adolescents, including neurodiverse clients
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth, or willingness to develop skills in this area
- A suitable work from home setup including high speed internet
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to professional standards
- Understanding of the NDIS framework and goal based therapy approaches
- Interest in emerging technology and the role of VR in psychology practice
