• Develop the DWH core model that transforms raw Kafka topics into documented, easy-to-use data products that bring value to data consumers • Collaborate closely with data engineers to develop our streaming ETL framework and improve its reliability and user experience • Help the team deliver new features and maintain the existing ones in the OpenMetadata data catalog • Actively participate in data quality and data governance tools and processes implementations • Partner with data consumers across the business, supporting their daily data needs and turning requirements into reliable, well-documented data products • Tackle unique challenges that come with building a Data Platform from scratch

• Take ownership of our dbt pipeline, improving our data models so they're reliable, well-tested, and easy to build on. • Maintain and extend our Looker setup, and ship new dashboards and reports that customers and other stakeholders depend on. • Strengthen our data pipeline from Postgres to BigQuery, and build custom Python scripts to automate the flows that keep our warehouse fresh. • Integrate our data warehouse with external tools like Salesforce or ActiveCampaign, so the right data reaches the teams that need it.

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of analytical reporting ETL pipelines and related front-end interfaces (e.g., dashboards), leveraging data languages such as SQL and Python. • Contribute to the development and execution of QA and UAT protocols, proactively identifying and resolving data quality issues. • Support training and ongoing support to data users, enabling them to effectively utilize data solutions and tools. • Collaborate on the development of advanced analytics prototypes to drive strategic initiatives and business outcomes. • Maintain comprehensive documentation to support scalability and knowledge transfer across the organization.

• Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making and product optimization. • Develop Python scripts and SQL queries to automate data processing, reporting, and analytics workflows. • Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal analytics platforms and business applications by leveraging your understanding of front-end and back-end systems. • Assist in deploying and maintaining cloud-based data services and analytics applications. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver analytics projects on schedule and coordinate project milestones across stakeholders. • Document analytical methodologies, technical solutions, and project outcomes to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
