• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's career pathway, technical skill level, and unique learning profile. • Create structured lesson plans that align with career cluster standards, workforce readiness goals, and preparation for relevant industry certifications or technical credentials. • Adapt instruction in real time based on student engagement, project-based milestones, and practical troubleshooting, bringing real-world industry context into the virtual classroom. • Track student progress and communicate effectively with families, schools, or vocational program coordinators regarding skill mastery, portfolio development, and career readiness.

• Teach assigned course according to the curriculum plan. • Actively engage with students online. • Implement teaching strategies that will assist the student in meeting established course objectives. • Mentor students and mitigate potential performance issues. • Assist with updating course content when needed/required • Ability to instruct classes in Florida Air A, Air B, and Mechanical Contractor Trade Exam Prep and Business & Finance, as needed • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of both the Business & Finance and Trade components of the Florida Air A, Air B, and Mechanical Contractor’s Licensing Board (CILB) examination  • Provide detailed instruction on key exam topics including: -Florida Air A, Air B, and Mechanical Code requirements -Construction safety regulations and OSHA requirements -Air A, Air B, and Mechanical math calculations -Contract requirements and business law -Other Mechanical trade-specific knowledge • Create and review practice questions that align with current exam content  • Stay current with CILB exam updates and requirements  • Provide practical insights and exam-taking strategies based on personal experience • Develop and maintain study materials that address common exam challenges • Guide students through practice exercises and mock exams • Maintain knowledge of current construction practices, codes, and regulations

• Support all aspects of student learning including helping fellows understand materials and providing feedback on assignments • Respond to all questions and maintain active presence on the fellows workspace • Facilitate cross-cohort community-building and discussion-based lab groups • Coordinate and share learning with other instructors • Keep close track of fellows' progress and individualizing support based on analytics and knowledge of fellows • Meet 1:1 with fellows for office hours • Facilitate additional events such as group discussions • Suggest improvements and updates to course content

• Instruct 2-25 students in a classroom with hands-on and lecture. • Deliver technical training on Mechanical and Electrical topics.
