• Support Live Operations team and couriers • Solve issues related to couriers, such as damaged orders or roadblocks • Track deliveries on our platform to help maximise delivery times • Communicate via chat or phone with couriers and customers in exceptional situations
Job Requirements
- Passionate about delivering service excellence and achieving satisfaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian
- Effective communicator with an eye for detail and a resilient approach
- Competent PC user with the ability to multitask/toggle between multiple systems with ease
- Able to multitask and prioritise; Embraces ownership, accountability and challenge with determination and positivity for our couriers
