Software Technical Trainer

Sitetracker

• Deliver live and virtual training sessions tailored to end-users • Collaborate with Solution Delivery and Customer Success teams to identify training gaps • Develop hands-on, scenario-based programs reflecting actual customer workflows • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for customer-side trainers • Solicit feedback from learners and stakeholders for content improvement

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical training
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, especially Salesforce
  • Experience in delivering Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT)
  • Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to create scenario-based learning materials
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs)

Accomplishes this by ensuring any required prerequisites and/or pre-seminar material is communicated and sent to participants • Ensures an effective learning environment for participants including having proper meeting room setup, automotive equipment, and ordering materials • Advocates NAPA, the NAPA organization, programs, parts and tools and equipment. • Prepares and ensures administrative aspects of training are completed in a timely manner such as participant roster, evaluations, tests, class booklets, handouts, forms, expense reports, A/V equipment, etc. • Responsible for performing any other duties as assigned by management
