Role Description We are looking for a high-octane Video Editor to join one of the fastest-growing digital marketing agencies in North America. This isn't just a role for a "cutter"—we need a creative strategist who understands the psychology of virality and the grit of the blue-collar industry. As a key member of our ambitious creative squad, you will engineer high-impact content that hooks viewers, dominates social algorithms, and elevates the brands of hard-working businesses across the continent. If you thrive in a high-energy, "work hard, play hard" environment and want to push the boundaries of modern storytelling, this is your next career move. Key Responsibilities - Edit high-impact, high-retention video content (5–10 videos per day) tailored for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. - Drive organic growth by engineering content hooks, pacing, and music choices designed to trigger social media algorithms. - Analyze performance metrics meticulously to understand why content wins and use data to refine future edits. - Manage end-to-end post-production workflows for both photo and video projects, ensuring rapid turnaround times without sacrificing quality. - Collaborate with a team of editors to share insights, run creative workshops, and elevate the department’s overall output. - Partner with account managers and designers to brainstorm creative directions for diverse client campaigns. - Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging gear, and editing techniques to keep visual assets cutting-edge. Qualifications - 3–4+ years of professional experience in video and photo production, ideally within an agency or fast-paced business environment. - A proven track record of creating viral content with a deep understanding of watch time, CTR, and social platform mechanics. - High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and the Creative Cloud suite, including Lightroom. - Skilled in motion graphics and animation specifically for short-form social content and digital ads. - Expertise in AI integration, utilizing tools like Higgsfield to optimize production efficiency and creative possibilities. - An analytical mindset that values data-driven decision-making as much as creative intuition. - Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Google Workspace for project management and collaboration. - A collaborative spirit and the leadership ability to mentor and inspire secondary editors. Preferred Qualifications - Direct experience working with or an aggressive curiosity to learn about the blue-collar and trades industries. - Experience managing high-volume content calendars for multiple brands simultaneously. - Background in photography or cinematography to better inform post-production decisions. Benefits - 💻 Fully Remote - 🤝 Peer Community: Connect with high-performing sales professionals in our network - 🧭 Ongoing Support: Receive guidance from Huzzle before and after placement - 💰 Competitive salary

This position sits on the Audience Team and reports directly to the Audience Director. The ideal candidate possesses strong news judgment, sharp editing skills, and a native understanding of what makes short-form vertical video resonate on popular social platforms in 2026. Qualifications - 5+ years of professional journalism experience, with a demonstrated track record of producing video content for social media platforms. - Experience developing and executing social video strategies that drive audience growth. - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro with a focus on editing quickly and efficiently. - Demonstrated success in producing social video that has reached large audiences on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. - A native understanding of the language of the internet and the specific visual and narrative pacing required for successful short-form vertical video. - Comfortable with on-camera hosting duties and the ability to engage an audience directly. Requirements - Submit a vertical video introducing yourself and sharing why you're interested in this role at The Marshall Project (video should be no longer than 2 minutes). - Must reside in the United States and possess the necessary authorization to work here; remote work outside of the U.S. is not allowed. Benefits - Full-time position with a competitive salary range of $105,000-$115,000. - 100% employer-paid medical insurance. - Employer-subsidized vision and dental insurance. - Matching traditional and Roth 401k (immediate vesting). - Voluntary benefits including Health and Dependent Care FSA, commuter benefits, pet insurance, short and long term disability insurance, employee and dependent life insurance, AFLAC accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness coverage, legal benefits, personal excess liability insurance, and employee discount marketplace. - 17 days of paid time off each year (in addition to office closure between Dec. 24 and Jan. 2). - Paid parental leave.
