• Protect DeleteMe members’ privacy by finding and removing personal information across a wide range of online sources • Investigate and troubleshoot adversarial “problem sites,” applying critical thinking and creative strategies to ensure successful removals from data brokers • Maintain detailed case documentation in Jira and internal systems, ensuring progress is transparent and auditable • Identify and escalate patterns in site behavior, member issues, or internal tooling gaps, providing actionable feedback to Team Leads and Managers • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to propose and drive operational improvements • Support ad-hoc data removal requests and contribute to refining internal playbooks, SOPs, and tooling enhancements • Continuously evaluate and improve processes, advocating for efficiency and accuracy across the Privacy Advisor workflow
Job Requirements
- Located on the West Coast
- 2–3 years of experience in internal operations, Trust & Safety, professional services, or customer support
- Demonstrated ability to execute at scale, such as processing large volumes of tickets, data entries, investigations, chargebacks, or order fulfillment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with proven attention to detail in high-volume, accuracy-sensitive work
- Clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing, able to explain complex issues simply and persuasively
- Proficiency with G Suite tools (Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs, etc.) and experience working in Jira or similar ticketing systems
- Adaptable and resilient, thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Passion for learning, with the ability to quickly grasp new processes, tools, and industry concepts

Role Description As a Research Advisor, you will support Asociación Kallpa’s research on the socioeconomic inclusion of young people with disabilities in Peru. Working remotely with the Kallpa team, you will help refine the research approach, improve data collection tools, support data organization and analysis, and strengthen the final report so findings can inform inclusive programming and decision-making. As an e-volunteer, you will support the organization through the following activities: - Review the research project and recommend improvements to the methodology, scope, and alignment with project objectives. - Refine data collection tools, such as surveys, interviews, or focus group guides, to ensure they are clear, inclusive, and accessible. - Guide the Kallpa team on ethical, consistent, and inclusive use of research instruments. - Support a simple database or data organization framework for managing and analyzing findings. - Advise on interpreting results and identifying key insights related to disability inclusion and youth employment. - Review the draft report and provide feedback to strengthen clarity, recommendations, and practical use. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, anthropology, sociology, international development, disability studies, public policy, or a related field. - Advanced Spanish skills, including the ability to review technical documents and provide written feedback. Requirements - Experience with social research, ideally related to disability inclusion, youth employment, socioeconomic inclusion, gender equality, or community development. - Experience with research methods, data collection tools, data analysis, database development, or results reporting. - Ability to provide constructive remote guidance and collaborate across cultures and time zones.
