Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related field. - Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and data validation across multiple data sources. - Experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Health Policy, or Finance. - Experience in healthcare analytics, including cost, utilization, or network performance analysis. - Familiarity with provider reimbursement models or network analytics. - Experience with AI-enabled analytics or process automation. Requirements - If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. - For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 98,200 - 163,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. - This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
