• Receive and process incoming calls, emails and social media requests • Ensure and provide quality of service to customers, handle inquiries and complaints from customers in a professional manner • Develop and recommend changes to existing procedures to increase accuracy and efficiency of the Customer Service department as a whole • Be the first point of contact for the world's first-class accommodation partners by resolving basic questions and queries • Report technical issues, customers’ complaints and other problems

• Review patient consultations, assess medical histories and clinical images, and diagnose, prescribe, and manage treatment plans for patients in Germany • Be trained to a high level of clinical competency, enabling you to diagnose and manage common skin conditions including acne, melasma, hyperpigmentation and skin-ageing concerns • Once trained you will work independently within agreed clinical pathways, making your own prescribing decisions and escalating complex cases when appropriate • Act as a point of escalation for complex or atypical dermatology cases ensuring we provide the best care, working closely with our Customer Support Team • Contribute to the ongoing development of our consultation model, clinical pathways, and digital workflows within a dynamic start-up environment • Maintain a strong focus on clinical quality, patient safety, and prescribing governance • Work closely with our in-house medical leadership and wider clinical team. Continuously develop your clinical knowledge through regular CPD sessions with our dermatologists • Monitor and uphold prescribing safety and quality standards

• Use our asynchronous online platform to evaluate patient consultations and determine whether patients should be prescribed treatment. • Prescribe treatment in accordance to the clinical protocols set by HeliosX and, if applicable, the local regulations of your country of registration. • Request further information from patients where needed to safely prescribe, and complete concise notes on patient records in English where required. • Complete own work efficiently and in accordance with the designated rota, supporting the team to meet customer demand. • Engage in team meetings & training sessions. • Keep up to date with prescribing requirements to maintain Independent Prescriber rights. • Keep up to date with any independent training required to ensure clinical competency in respective areas of prescribing. • Work closely with our Customer Support team to provide patient support via email, phone call or video consultation • If needed, provide correspondence to other health care professionals
