Remote Legal Staff

Role Description RemoteLegalStaff is a fast-growing legal staffing company supporting ~400 globally distributed staff and over 250 clients with an internal team of 70+. As our first IT Manager, you'll take full ownership of our IT function: - Fixing our Google Workspace environment - Building the policies, systems, and support structures needed to run securely and efficiently This is a hands-on role. You won't be managing a team on day one: you'll be doing the work. The right person has built IT infrastructure from scratch before, thrives in ambiguity, and understands that in a remote legal environment, reliability and trust are non-negotiable. What you'll own - Take over all IT responsibilities from our owners and become the single owner of the IT function - Audit all existing tools, accounts, licenses, and configurations; document what exists and what's missing - Build an IT roadmap and 90-day priority plan - Create and maintain IT policies, acceptable-use guidelines, and a self-service knowledge base - Fully own our Google Workspace environment - Enforce MFA, security defaults, and data sharing controls - Manage user accounts, license assignments, access provisioning, and deprovisioning across all platforms - Maintain an accurate inventory of users, roles, access levels, and licenses - Audit all SaaS subscriptions and rationalize unnecessary or duplicate tools - Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and negotiations - Track license utilization so we only pay for what we use - Select, implement, and manage an IT ticketing/service desk platform - Build self-service resources to reduce repetitive support requests over time - Implement and enforce security fundamentals: MFA, password management, role-based access controls - Conduct periodic access reviews and proactively identify security gaps - As the organization grows, recruit, onboard, and manage one or more IT Support Specialists - Build a small, scalable IT support function for a growing global team - Support our marketing team with the technical side of domain and subdomain setups, and web development Qualifications - 4–6 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in a hands-on senior sysadmin or IT management role - Google Workspace Admin experience managing for 100+ users: non-negotiable - Experience with an IT service desk platform (Freshdesk, Zendesk, Jira Service Management, or similar) - Experience managing a SaaS tool portfolio across multiple platforms - Working knowledge of SSO, SAML, MFA enforcement, and role-based access control - Excellent written and verbal English, you'll support both internal staff and external clients directly - Able to work independently and proactively in a fully remote, async-first environment - Strong customer service instincts; your audience is entirely non-technical Requirements - Experience as a company's first IT hire, or building IT from scratch - Slack administration and integrations - Background in legal, professional services, or staffing environments - Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple time zones - Basic automation skills (Zapier, Make, or similar) Benefits - Fully remote position with a flexible work schedule - Competitive base salary - Annual performance bonus - Anniversary loyalty bonuses - Company-sponsored health insurance - Generous PTO that increases with tenure (up to 30 days per year) - Birthday PTO day - 7 U.S. paid holidays - 5 paid sick days per year - Bereavement leave - Additional unpaid personal leave is available - Home office stipend for equipment and workspace upgrades - Computer replacement stipend - Monthly internet allowance (increases with tenure) - Professional development and training programs - Education support for high performers - A collaborative, supportive team culture where people are genuinely invested in each other's success - A fast-moving environment where your work has real visibility and direct impact - Clear path to growth: we promote from within and reward people who perform How to apply? About the Role: Directly sells enterprise security software solutions across the breadth of the company’s products and drives incremental revenue with new customers, primarily through flexible and scalable licensing models. This field sales role has primary accountability for the planning, prospecting, qualification, and closing of revenue on new business accounts. What You’ll Do: - Prospects, identifies, qualifies, and closes new customer revenue within assigned accounts by building relationships with key decision makers, typically using flexible and scalable licensing models (e.g. Falcon Flex). - Develops and executes a comprehensive business plan for each account, including identifying core customer requirements and mapping the benefits of CrowdStrike’s solutions to customer business requirements. - Coordinates with internal stakeholders during customer onboarding, accelerated adoption of products, expansion, and eventual transition of accounts after the first twelve months to expansion/renewal focused Account Managers. - Timely documentation within CRM / Marketing software of customer contact and activity data is required of the role (e.g. names, titles, contact information, opportunity value, product information, sales stages, probability, business pain, firm-future commitments, etc.). - Accountable for accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and the implementation of agreed account and business plans. - Promotes CrowdStrike’s products, maximizes brand recognition and mindshare at all levels, and publicizes success stories. - Provides customer feedback to internal stakeholders for product, systems, and process improvements. - Work is primarily performed in the field away from home office or company office location in order to accomplish the duties of the position. - At this level, incumbents will have expert-level knowledge of selling the company’s products and services. - Assigned accounts are larger and of the most complex nature, where assigned quota is typically higher than lesser-scoped portfolio sales role levels. Role Description Parexel FSP has an exciting opportunity for an IRT focused Vendor Start-up Manager to join our single sponsor dedicated team, based in either the UK or Ireland. The Vendor Start-up Manager (VSM) will provide technical expertise for the category throughout start-up to close out to the VCE (Vendor Category Expert) and indirectly to the Clinical Trial Team. The VSM enables a flawless and accelerated vendor service delivery at the trial start-up phase and supports implementation of defined category strategies and service standardization and ensures compliance through the life of the studies assigned.
