• Lead execution of Arclin Manufacturing’s most technically challenging capital and manufacturing improvement projects • Serve as the technical authority for assigned technologies, processes, or manufacturing systems • Develop engineering solutions that improve safety, reliability, operability, maintainability, quality, and cost competitiveness • Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams without direct supervisory authority • Approve engineering designs, equipment selections, process modifications, and technical specifications within assigned projects • Apply Operational Integrity principles throughout project development and execution • Identify, evaluate, and implement proven technologies that improve manufacturing performance • Develop project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, risk assessments, and execution strategies • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing Technology, Reliability, Process Safety, Supply Chain, Procurement, and R&D • Lead technical reviews including HAZOPs, design reviews, constructability reviews, and commissioning readiness • Capture lessons learned and incorporate improvements into future projects

• Build AI-powered growth and outreach workflows • Automate founder sourcing and CRM processes • Improve website and landing page conversions • Launch growth experiments across LinkedIn, X, and other channels • Create dashboards to track growth metrics • Support portfolio companies with GTM and automation

• Design, build, and launch products from concept to production • Work closely with founders and stakeholders to identify user needs • Translate ideas and requirements into scalable software solutions • Build full-stack web applications and internal tools • Integrate AI models, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms • Rapidly prototype and validate new concepts • Improve usability, performance, security, and reliability • Own projects end-to-end and drive execution independently • Contribute to product strategy, user experience, and technical decisions

• Build and maintain production-grade iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI. • Design and implement intuitive, responsive mobile interfaces for insurance, payments, and customer workflows. • Integrate backend APIs for quotations, policy management, claims, and transactional services. • Contribute to mobile features that incorporate AI-assisted capabilities (e.g., chat experiences, recommendations, automation flows). • Design UX patterns for real-time interactions, including loading states, streaming responses, retries, and fallbacks. • Optimize application performance, responsiveness, memory usage, and battery efficiency. • Implement analytics, crash reporting, and user behavior tracking to improve product quality. • Collaborate closely with backend, product, design, and AI/ML teams throughout the development lifecycle. • Ensure stability, scalability, and high App Store quality across production releases. • Continuously improve engineering standards, architecture, and iOS best practices.
