Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Equity Specialist to manage and support equity programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective administration of stock-based compensation plans. In this role, you will work closely with HR, finance, legal, and external partners to oversee equity transactions, reporting, and employee communications. Role Description LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Hands-on Network Team Lead for Contract to Hire, Remote (EST/CST) opportunity. This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners. Senior hands-on leader for our client’s enterprise network across a large, multi-site footprint (600+ locations) plus datacenter and cloud connectivity. Owns network strategy, standards, and roadmap while leading day-to-day operations, reliability and a small team. Drives SD-WAN/branch modernization, the move toward SSE / Zero Trust, network automation, and observability. Partners closely with Security, Infrastructure, and managed vendors. Day to Day Responsibilities: - Lead the team and delivery: mentor engineers/contractors, enforce change-control and documentation, own projects (site builds, refresh/EoL), and lead incident escalation and fast response during incidents. - Own architecture and standards: reference designs, segmentation, and a multi-year roadmap; design sign-off for new sites and major changes. - Modernize the WAN/branch estate: optimize SD-WAN, firewalls, switching, and wireless across sites. - Advance cloud and SASE: design and operate AWS/Azure connectivity; mature Zero Trust with Security. - Strengthen automation and observability: maintain the network source-of-truth, extend automation, and keep monitoring, alerting, and SLAs healthy.
