Responsibilities - Manter e evoluir sistemas de integração entre diferentes aplicações de saúde. - Desenvolver aplicações em Java para troca de dados clínicos usando HL7 v2.x ou FHIR. - Criar e configurar interfaces HL7 (envio, recebimento e transformação de mensagens). - Implementar soluções de roteamento e transformação de mensagens (por exemplo, entre ADT, ORM, ORU). - Integrar aplicações Java com sistemas de Registro Eletrônico de Saúde (EHR), plataformas de interoperabilidade e serviços clínicos. - Colaborar com stakeholders técnicos e de negócio para entender requisitos e necessidades de integração. - Garantir conformidade com regulamentações de dados de saúde (LGPD, GDPR, HIPAA, quando aplicável). - Executar testes unitários e de integração em todas as soluções desenvolvidas. - Diagnosticar e resolver incidentes relacionados à troca de dados e interfaces HL7. - Produzir documentação técnica de interfaces, fluxos de mensagens e APIs desenvolvidas. Qualifications - Ensino superior completo em Engenharia da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência de Dados, Estatística, Matemática ou áreas correlatas. - Mínimo de 3 anos com desenvolvimento de software em ambiente corporativo. - Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência sólida em backend com Java (8+). - Mínimo de 2 anos com Kafka e/ou RabbitMQ. - Domínio de JSON, XML e Protocol Buffers. - Mínimo de 2 anos desenvolvendo e consumindo serviços RESTful. - Mínimo de 2 anos com HL7 v2.x ou FHIR (criação, parsing, validação e transformação de mensagens). Desired Qualifications - Fluência em inglês (falado e escrito) para comunicação com equipes internacionais. - Experiência com módulos clínicos, EHR/EMR, IHE, ou integrações HIS/LIS/RIS. - Conhecimento de ferramentas de interoperabilidade como Mirth Connect, HAPI FHIR, ou InterSystems Ensemble. - Familiaridade com Docker, Spring Boot e microserviços.
