• Planifier, diriger, coordonner et contrôler l’ensemble des activités de projets TI; • Élaborer les plans de projet, MOP, bilans et tableaux de bord; • Coordonner les équipes multidisciplinaires (TI, affaires, infrastructure); • Assurer la gestion des échéanciers, budgets et portée; • Assurer la reddition de comptes auprès des instances décisionnelles; • Gérer les risques, dépendances et enjeux; • Prioriser les activités et gérer les changements; • Superviser les chargés de projet; • Assurer le suivi du portefeuille de projets; • Participer aux comités de gouvernance; • Contribuer aux pratiques Agile (Scrum master); • Assurer le transfert de connaissances.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 15 ans d’expérience en TI, dont 8 ans comme chef de projet;
- Expérience en gestion de projets complexes multi-équipes et multi-technologies;
- Expérience sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie des projets (initiation à clôture);
- Expérience en gestion des budgets, échéanciers et portée;
- Capacité à coordonner plusieurs parties prenantes;
- Expérience en gouvernance et indicateurs de performance;
- Expérience Agile (atout);
- Certification PMP (atout);
- Excellente communication en français;

Role Description As the project manager, you will be responsible for client servicing and operations for clients based in the North and South American Regions. This is a Work Remote role and requires telephonic support for North America. You will be part of the world-class international service delivery team of Globibo.
