Role Description We are seeking a Client Director to take overall responsibility for the management and growth of REO client relationships. The role will focus on ensuring successful delivery, driving the annual renewal of contracts, and expanding revenues through effective upselling and cross-selling of services. This position combines senior client leadership with hands-on programme management. You will ensure delivery is executed to the highest standards, working in close collaboration with operations and our team of consultants. The Client Director will maintain trusted client relationships, provide clarity and confidence throughout every engagement, and ensure that the work we deliver is consistently aligned with client objectives. You will also play a key role in demonstrating value, securing renewals, and identifying opportunities to expand our partnerships through cross sell and upsell across the wider REO offering. What You Will Do - Serve as the senior point of contact and project manager for REO clients, ensuring that delivery consistently meets client expectations and business objectives. - Lead the planning, execution, and renewal of annual contracts, coordinating operations and consultants to deliver programmes on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. - Maintain a clear view of account health, including satisfaction, delivery performance, risks, and opportunities for growth. - Ensure that all client interactions are underpinned by clarity, transparency, and measurable value. - Oversee reporting and insight for clients, demonstrating impact and linking outcomes directly to their commercial goals. - Manage complex stakeholder environments with professionalism, ensuring expectations are aligned and challenges are addressed promptly. - Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth through cross sell and upsell across REOs services. - Contribute to the development of best practice processes in client management and delivery governance. Qualifications - Substantial experience in a senior client leadership role within a digital agency or consultancy. - Strong background in project and programme management with a proven ability to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary engagements. - Familiarity with one or more service lines: CRO, UX, analytics, accessibility, inclusion, SEO, and PPC, with the ability to discuss these credibly with clients. - Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, handle sensitive discussions, and influence senior stakeholders. - Strong commercial focus, with demonstrable experience in managing retainers, securing renewals, and driving account growth. - Highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple client priorities effectively. - Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
