Role Description The IT Management Tribe provides technology products and services to the entire HelloFresh organization. We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Junior IT Portfolio Manager to join our global SaaS Management team. This Level 2 role focuses on data accuracy, reporting, and process reliability, helping us manage software tools more efficiently. You'll work with advanced Google Sheets to track active vs. inactive users, validate data, and support SaaS lifecycle management. - Build and maintain reports on SaaS usage, identifying active vs. inactive users. - Use advanced Google Sheets or Excel formulas (SUMIFS, COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, IF/AND/OR, date functions) to structure and analyze data. - Apply data validation rules to ensure accuracy and consistency across collaborative spreadsheets. - Create pivot tables and leverage named ranges for efficient data analysis. - Protect sheets and ranges to maintain data integrity in shared documents. - Support SaaS management operations by updating and tracking data in Trelica or similar tools. - Interpret data to spot trends, outliers, and optimization opportunities. - Troubleshoot discrepancies and proactively solve reporting issues. - Automate and streamline repetitive reporting tasks where possible. Qualifications - 2 to 4 years of experience in data reporting, analysis, or a related role. - Google Sheets Expertise: Advanced formulas and functions (SUMIFS, COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, IF/AND/OR, date functions), pivot tables, named ranges, data validation, and sheet protection. - Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data trends, spot anomalies, and provide actionable reporting. - IT & Financial Awareness: Basic understanding of IT services, software licensing models, and budget tracking. - SaaS management tools: Experience with tools such as Trelica, Zylo, G2 Track, or similar is a plus. Job Summary As part of our ZOLL CMS Sales Team, you will be responsible for selling our non-invasive wearable cardiac defibrillator system, and other ZOLL products such as our portfolio of cardiac diagnostic services to Health Care Professionals in the hospital and out of hospital setting. This includes the initial sales call as well as support activities to promote consistent use (Local Medical Education Programs, Tradeshows, clinical symposiums and conferences). Call points include: Physicians (Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, Hospitalists, CT Surgeons etc.), Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, nurses, case managers and administrators. Other duties include selling the value of the ZOLL Patient Management System (ZPM) to clinicians as well as educating HCP's and staff about the types of patients indicated for a WCD and all essential ordering and billing requirements.
