Director of Clinical Services

• Develop and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and standards that support measurement-based teletherapy at scale • Design systems for ongoing quality assurance, chart review, and clinical performance monitoring • Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, documentation, and quality standards • Define clinical hiring standards and assess candidates for alignment with Allminds' care philosophy • Design and oversee clinician onboarding and training programs • Provide clinical leadership, consultation, and supervision across the network • Establish scalable systems for ongoing quality review, case consultation, clinical feedback and professional development • Provide clinical expertise for the development of documentation tools, quality monitoring systems, measurement-based care workflows, AI-enabled clinical support tools, and other innovations • Ensure technology solutions support both excellent patient outcomes and sustainable clinician practices

Job Requirements

  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program
  • Active psychologist license in at least one U.S. state, with the ability to obtain licensure in additional states as needed
  • 7+ years of clinical experience, including experience supervising licensed clinicians
  • Experience leading clinical quality initiatives within behavioral health organizations
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapies and measurement-based care
  • Experience developing clinical policies, procedures, and quality assurance processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Passion for improving access to high-quality mental healthcare
  • Experience in telehealth, digital health, or technology-enabled behavioral healthcare (Preferred)
  • Experience managing distributed or multi-state clinical teams (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with commercial payer requirements and value-based care models (Preferred)
  • Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or Operations teams (Preferred)
  • Experience scaling clinical programs in a high-growth environment (Preferred)
